THEY WERE GREAT!!!! They went up and down 5 flights of stairs probably 20 times, poor guys were working so hard but had a smile on their faces and a positive attitude through it all, eternally grateful 🙏🏻

Very prompt delivery and very clear communication. They made sure to call me when they were on their way to pickup our furniture and gave me an update when they were along the way to our place. Smooth and efficient!

The best!!! This was the least stressful move ever. And my furniture was handled with so much consideration and care. Also, our space is a bit difficult to navigate and they did it so perfectly! Would 100% recommend. Yonathan & Javier are fantastic!

Carlos & Kevin saved our lives. We had to book them last minute because our scheduled movers bailed on us. It was a pretty big job but they were the kindest, most determined, and willing movers with a smile on their faces the entire time. They even asked if I was okay! While I’m thankful I don’t need to move again any time soon, that also means I won’t be able to see them again. Anyway who gets to work with Carlos & Kevin is blessed.

Gabriel and Matthew were fantastic. I am so thankful they were my movers. It was not an easy move (lots of building logistics) and they managed it all with grace. Very nice and easy to work with.

Great communication, very nice, and went the extra mile to get (quite heavy) table in the right place in my apartment.

Alonso & Denmark were great! Super efficient but still made sure to take great care of the items. Alonso also made some great suggestions on placement/securing “next steps” of the furniture once we got to my place - 11/10

My sideboard was wrapped well and was put in place without a scratch! The guys had two sets of steps to get it in place and they were still pleasant and professional!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Quick and efficient! they also took the time to ensure the quality/state of the piece they were picking up for me was something i was aware of/ happy about, which I thought was really nice! (the table had a bit of chip in it that the Facebook seller did not tell me about, they made sure to communicate that to me before I paid the seller.) overall they were great, i would 100 percent use them again!

These men were very professional and friendly. They were respectful of my property and wrapped it with care! They delivered from point A to point B without any issues, which as a control freak, I was glad they made feel well at ease as if they were family members doing me a favor! My partner who received the delivery was very impressed by this service! We will definitely use Lugg.com for our next big moving project! Annur and Adrian were very nice and very professional - and they were very careful with my items. The process took a little longer than I anticipated but place was a 2nd floor walk up so that could have been part of the problem.

Yorman & Brett were super helpful! We had purchased some furniture through Facebook and they helped us pick up from the sellers apartment and move to our current unit. They wrapped everything to ensure the journey was damage free. Thank you!!!!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were very efficient and super nice about having to wait while another tenant in my building was moving out. Everything went smoothly and they took care to ensure safety measures were in place for both me and my belongings. No scuffs, scratches, or issues at all and we were able to move everything out very rapidly! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for calm and collected movers with great work ethic and personalities.

This was not an easy job. 5th floor walk up and they were super efficient. Excellent communication and I cannot thank them enough for moving it up to my apartment and leaving it neatly in place. 5 stars, would recommend 10/10 times

Both Hector and Terrell’s rolled with the punches and were courteous and gracious when I told them to go to what turned out to be the wrong building entry door. Stoic and graceful, the Luggers maneuvered my sofa through a narrow elevator and didn’t scuff my walls while cornering into the living room. Job well done, good sirs!

William and Isaiah were extremely professional- they showed up on time, wrapped the furniture securely, and helped me get it into place in my apartment. Furthermore they were thoughtful and easy to talk with throughout the process, even when dealing with some unexpected parking challenges. I highly recommend their services!

Not only did they show up a few minutes early, but they got everything done SO quickly. They were able to move everything from one place to the next in just over an hour. Really killer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Professional and on time. Great communicators. There were questions on my end about pricing (for example, Lugg didn’t let me know I would be charged for time in-transit, or that I would be charged as soon as they arrive to pickup point) and they handled it with grace and explained it all, with professionalism and kindness. They’re also clearly built for the job, efficiently wrapped and transported my stuff with zero hassle. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant and were thoughtful especially when the pieces would. It fit down the stairs. They took measurements to show where we were 1 1/2” off and were true problem solvers helping us move the items to other places in the house. Really appreciated the going above and beyond.
