Juvenal and Alberto were great! They arrived within the timeframe ready to empty out my storage locker. Handled my stuff respectfully. And loaded the Uhaul truck like pros. Wrapping and padding fragile items well so I don’t have to worry about them. They were professional and understood when I had any requests. Very polite too which was appreciated. They were a pleasure to work with :) Thank you 😊

I’ve been using Lugg for the last 5 years, from small moves, large purchases on Facebook Marketplace, and most recently, my entire apartment needed extra hands to help clear out. While I’ve always had an easy and convenient with Lugg, Omar & Jesse really made this experience stellar. I needed my entire apartment cleared out and they did the damn thing. They safely carried all my items (boxes, couch, bed, credenza, etc.) from my 3rd floor apartment all the way down to my UHaul in busy, congested San Francisco. They strategically maneuvered through my cramped apartment and carefully placed each piece of furniture in my 15 ft UHaul, considering placement and space needed to fit everything. Omar & Jesse were very pleasant and professional but also easy going and understood my situation. They made certain the job would get done. I’m extremely pleased with Lugg especially their wizards Omar & Jesse. Thank you for making this stressful move an absolute breeze. I appreciate you both for really easing the burden and doing a hella great job.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Edwin & Helvert arrived within the time window I requested. They were great at loading a 15' UHaul moving truck for our move. They were very careful and amazingly efficient at packing the truck to make the most of any available space. They saved us hours of work! I would hope they would be my moving team for future moves.

Alfredo and Carlos were fantastic! I needed a set of men to pack a UHaul For a cross country ride and they rose To then occasion. They were efficient and able to play Tetris in the truck.

Antonio & Francisco were amazing - they worked quickly & went above and beyond with handling our boxes. They stored my boxes in a uhaul pod and rearranged the boxes multiple times to ensure they were as secure as possible before my cross-country move. 10/10 would recommend again.

Jonathan and Rafael were efficient and did a great space efficiency in the uhaul. They did great packing, nothing moved in the truck for a 2 and a half hour drive. They were careful with our furniture and did a great job and moving it out of the apartment and down some stairs.

Great uhaul packing job! Much faster than expected. Packed a 2 bedroom apartment into a uhaul in an hour and a half. I was impressed and would hire again.

We had some big challenges in fitting a lot of stuff into a small uhaul truck. Despite the time restriction and limitations, Kurt and Grigoriy were generous, helpful and positive the whole time. They worked hard to ensure we could fit as much into our small truck as possible, staying extra time to get the job done. Their friendly, great attitudes definitely improved our moving experience. Highly recommend these two!

Jorge & Marco were great, however the truck was extremely small. I’ve rented from lugg last year and the truck was twice the size. I had to end up ordering a uhaul separately. Horrible on Luggs part. Will not be using lugg again.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They saved the day! Our movers canceled last minute and Damond and Damond showed up within 20min. They helped love and get everything into our uhaul perfectly! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Erick and Bernardo were just an exceptional team. We feel lucky to have gotten them. Friendly, communicative, and experienced, they went above and beyond for us. They unloaded a 16’ pod into our new home on two floors and skillfully loaded a Uhaul van with more boxes than we thought would fit. I would recommend these amazing professionals any day.
