I had a great experience with Christopher and Daniel. They had to go a long way for the delivery but they were friendly and helpful

Kris went above and beyond service! He was very friendly and agreed to stay to inspect the furniture. He ran ahead of schedule, which I truly appreciated. he used the Lugg app and I was able to track the delivery with ease

They were great !!! They let me know the status of delivery and NO FAULT OF THEIRS but I have to book them for another load now The pickup location thought it could be done in one load Thank you very much

Fast and efficient! Thanks Jorge! World Market and Lugg’s partnerships is fantastic. We live right up the street but had no way to get it here. This is much easier than having to rent a truck at Home Depot. We’ll be using Lugg again!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Fabio and Daniel followed my very detailed instructions perfectly. They picked up everything from the Home Depot and transported it to my house and unloaded in a neat and orderly manner.

Kris was extra communicative, kind and helpful! I’m so grateful he did my delivery and would recommend him to anyone!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Your site told me that the price was $25 and now I’m seeing that it’s $60. This makes me furious I would have just gone to Home Depot and got in the truck for $19.99. The app told me that the process was not going through so I try to for more time I was hoping that the $60 was because I try to process it more than once but a one time fee of a surprise $60 is not fair.

Both Joanys and Jon were very helpful, kind and did everything they could to with my tall refrigerator. They know well about the refrigerator delivery which I was very grateful about. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

They were both amazing!! Arrived exactly on time. Package was heavier and larger than expected but they didn't hesitate and assured me they would get it done. It was a struggle for them, not their fault but mine and Home Depot. They got it delivered but it took creativity and hard work on their part. I can't say enough nice things about Maicon and Marcelo
