Furniture safely delivered. Very nice and informative movers. Communication regarding time of delivery was excellent. Definitely met my expectations.

The movers were very prompt. I got my items quickly. They moved them with care and placed them where I asked them to. Just what I needed!

Deyson and Edward were amazing to work with - very experienced, friendly, on time and efficient. We tried several movers before them and had very bad experiences across the board. Wow! These Lugg movers are so efficient and I’m so blown away by their friendliness! Despite having to move with strict rules (we are in university dorms), they are so nice about everything. Both me and my contact was absolutely delighted with the service!

Juan & Miguel we’re on time, friendly, careful with my furniture, respectful, had a clean van, clean movers pads & bungee cords and knew how to do their job. Overall a very good Lugg experience. I tipped them in cash.

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. On top of that, they somehow managed to complete the job faster than any movers I’ve had in the past. They were friendly, quick, careful, and provided EXPERT work. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

Deyson and Edward are the best movers I have ever worked with (certainly at Lugg but also in my lifetime of moving). They really came to my rescue after our original movers cancelled on us! They were patient and very flexible!!

I was under the impression that the movers were just going to unload the couch I bought on the curb. Dennis and Romario brought it to the loading dock, unloaded it, and even brought it to the apartment. I was very happy with their effort. They were also super friendly the entire time.
