Michael and Jerome were fantastic! They went above and beyond to help us move our sectional sofa. We will have a hard time ever moving this couch out without their help.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

Both Michael and Jacob are awesome! They are doing a great job by moving an extremely heavy piano in efficient and professional.

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

The team did an outstanding job! They communicated effectively among themselves to determine the safest and most efficient method for moving a heavy table top from the first floor to the basement. They also assisted in installing the legs and carefully turned the table over, ensuring it remained undamaged throughout the process. My first time using this app and very very pleased. Michael M. and Jerome did an outstanding job moving 2 large furniture items from my second floor apartment and taking them to our bulk trash location nearby even sending pictures of where they placed the items to make sure it was right. Michael and Jerome were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and Lugg!

Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.

Philip & Rodrigo were professional and quick. I was removing a mattress and the website made it seem like Luggs would take it away and get rid of it for me. That is not the case. You need to know where they are going to take it. Anyway the two luggers were helpful and polite regarding this miss communication.

Both Jerome and Daniel were courteous, professional, patient, and committed from start to finish in protecting, delivering, and moving my furniture to its designated location. When it appeared after numerous tries that one cabinet was too large so that it would not clear the ceiling and walls in the stairwell, they continued to brainstorm on how to get the job done instead of simply giving in to what seemed like an undoable task. They realized from examining the cabinet that it could be divided into two pieces, and they patiently separated the sides and reattached them together upon getting each side up the stairs. Customer service sometimes seems to be a lost concept in the present-day world, but Jerome and Daniel gave top-notch customer service to me!

Daniel and Julienne were truly not only kind and helpful, but incredible with moving a bulky dining room table in and among narrow doors and stairs. They made this experience fast, pleasant, and just an overall joy. I would absolutely hire them again and am very grateful!
