I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Michael and Jerome are the most professional movers I've ever have a pleasure of working with. They're both extremely courteous, careful, and professional both in timing and in making sure that the move went flawless and there wasn't a trace of damage.

They were the most proficient movers I’ve worked with. They prioritize so that we got all the heaviest and bulkiest items moved today, last time that required two trips. They moved a little bit slower than other Lugg teams I’ve worked with, but out of deliberation and care. They made sure nothing was damaged or worse in the moving process. I’d be happy to work with them again.

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

These guys were amazing. Expert movers who used lifting techniques to move a huge bookcase and king size bed in minutes! Truly my best Lugg experience yet!

The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. Movers were nice, communicative and very efficient!

My second time with Michael and Jerome as my Lugg movers, and they did a phenomal job with my move again! They communicated times well, wrapped all my furniture up carefully, and extremely friendly. Lawrence and Joshua were amazing! They were really friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. They were very attentive and helped with disassembling/packing my tv and desk. I was very anxious about using movers and this experience has definitely put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend both of them!!

These guys were absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen movers that could Tetris like this and I’m quite an experience Mover. I was thrilled with the service, the friendliness, their expertise, and they most certainly went above and beyond helping me with additional furniture. I can’t recommend Michael and Jerome enough! A little frustrated by the setup because movers assigned after the promised window, but once we got these movers they were great!

This team of movers was excellent. They were careful but efficient. They were friendly but focused on the job they were doing. One piece of furniture was especially heavy, and I’ve been worried about getting it down the stairs for a while now. They got it done and I’m so relieved. Next time I have a job for Lugg, I’d love it if these guys came out again. Five stars, great job!
