Fombeoh and Atiqullah did a great job with our Lugg pick up and drop off at Goodwill! We had a large donation and they were quick and efficient! They got the job done quickly! We would use Lugg again!

Isaac and Jose were great. Very efficient, especially with moving more challenging items downstairs. Took extra care in making sure they didn’t scratch the floors. Great experience.

Rodney and Scott were incredibly friendly and courteous. They carried a heavy recliner up 3 flights of stairs. Thanks again guys!

Jamel and Isaac did a great job moving a very heavy, old, armoire. They were friendly, efficient, and careful of the surrounding furnishings. I only have one complaint: it should be easier to tip the guys on your site. It says there is a place to tip them but I surely can't find it!

Nice job despite 7 in of snow and some trouble getting the truck into the location, but they made it work we're on time and efficient and didn't damage anything. This is a great service!

Onon and James were super quick and professional and could not have made moving my peloton any easier! Would use them and Lugg again!!

My driveway had a truck in it taking away my other couch when they arrived and they were very patient waiting! They worked together well and were very friendly. I am glad to know that Lugg exists for the future!

Jamal and Angelo were amazing!! Went above and beyond helping to get a fridge out of our house in a very tight space.

They moved a very heavy, bulky cocktail table out of the house for me. Anyone else would have said it was too heavy and left it, but they figured out a way and got it done. When the donation center wouldn’t take my couches, they had no problem going to another center. Thanks so much for your hard work.

Andrea and Cesar are awesome! They were very professional and approachable. They made quick work of the items we were donating to a local charity. They helped us moving large articles of furniture. My storage pod was so skillfully organized. I'm very happy with the work. I highly recommend them. This was my second experience with Onon and his pod organizing skills just leaves me speechless.
