Jerome & Michael were prompt, kind, and efficient! I was nervous with all the logistics that come with buying furniture from a stranger, but they clearly communicated their arrival time and made the whole process a breeze. They treated our “new to us” furniture with care and a friendly attitude despite driving a good distance for us. Truly an above and beyond job, they were excellent!!

Michael and Bryant were fantastic movers! They were very efficient and were able to move some really big/ heavy furniture. And they made sure to secure everything in the van, which I appreciated. And they did it all while in good spirits. Thanks again!

The team for Luis and William did an excellent job! The pieces of furniture were heavier than normal. They were professional and expertly moved the pieces into place. Great team!!

Excelled at every level, professionalism, friendly, technical skills. Better than the white glove service at any location. I was able to get my furniture before Christmas because of them.

You have nothing to worry about with Michael and Cory as your Lugg pros. They took care of everything, including wrapping the furniture they delivered for me. White glove service. Placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Very friendly and professional. Prompt pick up and delivery . I couldn’t be happier. Five stars!!!

Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination.

Great first lugg with Raymar and Corey! They handled a tight staircase expertly and went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue with the furniture (that was 100% on the retailer). Thank you!

These guys were absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen movers that could Tetris like this and I’m quite an experience Mover. I was thrilled with the service, the friendliness, their expertise, and they most certainly went above and beyond helping me with additional furniture. I can’t recommend Michael and Jerome enough! Michael M. and Jerome did an outstanding job moving 2 large furniture items from my second floor apartment and taking them to our bulk trash location nearby even sending pictures of where they placed the items to make sure it was right. Michael and Jerome were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and Lugg!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

These two are awesome! They immediately put me at ease, and were both super friendly and funny and cool. They did a great job handling a couple of precious pieces of antique furniture, and didn’t complain at the difficult task I had for them. I would 100% request their help again and feel grateful to have met them.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!

Abimbola Adeyey and William got the job done quickly and were careful with our furniture. It took less than 30 minutes to finish the job and the whole process was easy and painful free. They were great to work with!
