Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

My second time with Michael and Jerome as my Lugg movers, and they did a phenomal job with my move again! They communicated times well, wrapped all my furniture up carefully, and extremely friendly. They’re truly experts, and completed the job quickly! Thank you again Jerome and Michael! Can’t express my praise and thanks enough.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Amazing movers. We had a slight hiccup at ikea but they were very understanding. Amazing people all around!

Eugene & William were extremely nice, careful with the furniture, swift, and very patient when there was a hangup at the donation drop-off location! Very grateful that they were assigned to my task.

A little frustrated by the setup because movers assigned after the promised window, but once we got these movers they were great!

These guys were absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen movers that could Tetris like this and I’m quite an experience Mover. The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

They were incredibly fast. They were easy to work with. When salvation Army declined some of the donations, they took them to Goodwill industries, which did. I can’t trave enough about them. They were princes.

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

They were the most proficient movers I’ve worked with. They prioritize so that we got all the heaviest and bulkiest items moved today, last time that required two trips. They moved a little bit slower than other Lugg teams I’ve worked with, but out of deliberation and care. They made sure nothing was damaged or worse in the moving process. I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.
