Delivery was fast, easy to arrange, great communication with updates, and very professional. The furniture was wrapped and protected during transport. Highly recommend this service.

They helped me move some really heavy batteries downstairs to my basement from my garage. Awesome work guys.

We had to reschedule due to heavy items and Eileen and Denis communicated with us, were helpful and then returned promptly later in the day to complete the job. They brought in and set up three very heavy items from Costco. Many thanks!!

They asked if I needed their help taking the sofa out of the box and they screwed on the legs neither of which I was expecting.

Marquis & Leon were great at helping to carefully wrap the pieces to be sure they traveled and arrived safely and in their original condition. They were professional and courteous. Arrived on time and impressed the family we were picking the items up from so much they asked them for their info so they could book them for their move later this month. It was an overall great experience I would work with them again and recommend them Lugg, and Leon & Marquis to anyone 😀

Fantastic job by Ralph & Mike Jackson, true gentlemen, worked very hard, were very helpful & kind. Quick, efficient, and even were very patient in dealing with the building’s elevator that went down following the first item they moved; they proceeded to Lugg items up the stairs 2 floors while waiting for emergency elevator maintenance. I was hoping they’d have an easier run & could use the elevator for the majority of the furniture, fortunately the elevator was restored rather quickly but these guys kept trucking via the more difficult route. Easily 5/5 stars, they nailed it & were a delight to work with. We appreciate you both so much Ralph & Mike!! THANK YOU! 🤗

They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. Within a half hour I had the best customer service experience of my life and great part 2 to my Lugg experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Darryl and Ryan were super friendly and efficient. They communicated arrival time and did small things like take off their shoes, and moved items to the rooms requested. Such great help!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Haile & Jesse were terrific! I received accurate and timely text messages about my delivery, and when I had a specific question, I received a prompt response. The delivery experience went very smoothly, and I greatly appreciate their help.

Ryan and Alex were absolutely amazing. They helped us move several heavy pieces of furniture. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were careful with our things and our home, and were wonderful and courteous communicators. We would absolutely hire them again!!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.
