William was on time, prepared, thorough and a great communicator, He thoughtfully asked, after the delivery if we needed the furniture unwrapped and offered to through away the waste (we did it but loved that he offered). I hope to use him again and totally recommend them

Honestly some of the best movers ever. Some big awkward furniture through a really tricky entryway with stairs and a 90 degree turn and not even the slightest bump on any of it.

I actually first met these two fellas when I was arriving at Homegoods to make a purchase. I noticed the professional care they were using to load a move for someone else and it prompted me to inquire about their services. I never heard of Lugg before & they took the time to explain to me how it worked & how to set it up... After I made my purchase, I used the app as directed & the delivery was set within 30 minutes! My TV counsel table arrived on time, in perfect condition. Will use again without a doubt!

I had no idea this service existed! By the time I was checking out at Homegoods they were already there to pick up my furniture. The guys were great and I WILL for sure be using this service again soon and telling everyone about it.

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

I can’t recommend Lugg enough. The whole thing was super easy and convenient. I bought a mattress and adjustable base and I just waited at home when they picked it up. Ayan and Kenneth were great! I was informed by text each step of the way.

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

They were super friendly, beyond professional and fast!! They kept me updated from the time the received the request all the way to when they arrived at my house. They picked up a huge expensive mirror for me at homegoods and a patio set , they quadruple bubble warped the and covered it with protective blankets. They sent me pictures after they loaded everything. They carefully unwrapped and put the mirror in my living room and the patio furniture in my back yard. I am hopping to get them again next time I need that service . I am BEYOND happy with the overall service and definitely will keep using it .

Lashone my lugger ,was very helpful today the sofa we moved was too big so he was very patient he unscrewed the base legs in order to make it fit to my room,he came fully equipped , so happy to have him today and the app is great so far today was my first use of this app I've been referred by a friend whom I saw at Home Goods so I got lucky both finding out about this app also meeting LaShone

I was so grateful to Jason and Herbert! I need to have a team come and move my furniture back. I wish it could be Jason and Herbert as they were fabulous. The move took only a half hour and was expert!

We were so thankful for their help! We lost everything to the Eaton Fire-their help moving some new (to us) furniture for our new place was such a help. They were friendly, efficient, and professional.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I had a wonderful experience with there service I was referred from the Manager at Home Goods I had a rather large dining table to be picked up I was concerned of damage!! None what's so ever I'm moving in next 60 days and will be hiring this company for the move of my entire home Ohad and Andrew were awesome!

William & Keoni did a fantastic job moving a standing desk, stationary bike, and a few smaller pieces of furniture between floors in our home. They were on time, efficient, and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
