This was honestly the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Michael and Jerome exceeded my expectations, took great care in transporting my items and were soo nice! I would highly recc them to anyone and would def work with them again.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Everything....nice men, hard workers. They were careful with my belongings and placed them according to my request. This is the 5th time I used Lugg and the men never fail in delivering the best customer service. I trust them more than a professional moving company. Great company! The absolute best. Moved my entire bedroom is under 2 hours, something that previously took me 5 hours.

We couldn’t get the couch through the narrow apartment door, but Michael and Jake tried every which way. I’m happy they did their absolute best—no one could have got this couch in here! It was expensive but a cheaper company would have given up after five minutes. Lugg has my vote for their heroic efforts with a couch that was just one inch too wide.

These gentlemen gave the best service and handled my delivery with care. They also contacted me with regular updates.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.
