Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

Super communicative. Upon arriving, when we realised that the wrong order had been sent from IKEA, Carey and Darryl went back to pick-up the right one and came back. I so appreciate them. They unloaded everything and put it exactly where it wanted it. They were awesome and understanding despite the mix-up of the wrong product being sent.

David and Jashaun were awesome last Saturday when they delivered our IKEA order. The elevator was broken and these guys hauled our heavy items to our 3rd floor unit using the stairs! Despite this unintended hardship, they showed the best attitude we have ever seen. They were courteous, smiling, patient and non-complaining. David and Jaushaun stood tall above their peers when it comes to excellent customer service! Your company is blessed to have them! Thank you.

On Time, courteous, and their troubleshooting was excellent for getting the AS IS two ikea pieces (couch and queen bed) into apartment.

What I loved about them was first they called when they were leaving IKEA to make sure they had the right qty. of packages than they called when they arrived and it was just smooth sailing after that for the off load of my products . They were on time , friendly and fast. I would definitely have all my stuff delivered from IKEA from now on based on such a wonderful experience

Armando was great, but the IKEA situation was not ideal. I think next time I need something shipped from IKEA I might just contact Lugg or GoShare directly, and hang out in the parking lot. It took Armando about 40 minute from the time he got to Ikea to the time he had the boxes in his car. Very inefficient process. I wish Ikea was easier

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They arrived within a few minutes of picking up my purchase from IKEA, Burbank. They were able to back into my driveway (as requested) in one easy movement and carried all four boxes into my home in about 5 minutes. They set the boxes exactly where I needed them to be in order to assemble the day bed. They were really friendly and efficient and remarked that they appreciated the a/c which had just turned on before they arrived. Also, their smiles while working were identical to their ID photos. They seem to enjoy their job and working together.

They were amazing...on time, they found the best solutions to move my 3 big wardrobe keeping the good conditions , and of course all the Ikea members were awsome too. Thanks everyone of you!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Cody and Mauricio are two super nice, upbeat, positive guys who move fast and efficiently. They were able to maneuver my furniture in and out of a tiny old elevator that I thought wouldn’t even be an option. They took apart and rebuilt my complicated IKEA bed in no time at all. They are your guys!

Super helpful. Was understanding about the wrong address given by the app coz it changed my pin t Ikea when I asked for a pick up a Cinemark Carson which is behind ikea

They were courteous. Gracious. Had great attitudes and so willing to assist. Even with the mix-up in the order that IKEA gave them they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Big thumbs up guys!!

Elvin and Michael were amazing. I had lots of heavy items from IKEA. They loaded it quickly, got my new place quickly, and carried everything up to the third-floor  without any complaints at all. These guys are ROCK STARS! I highly recommend them.

Very friendly, and responsive! IKEA made a mistake and left out a large portion of my order, this was not the delivery team’s fault, but they were clearly concerned and willing to help.
