Dmitriy & Nicholas were super friendly and answered all my questions about Lugg (since this was my first time using the service). Besides that they were super responsive and efficient. I’m already planning my next Lugg to Salvation Army thanks to their great work!

Renard and Henry were very friendly, professional and careful movers. They even informed me of a small damage on the piece I bought. They sent a photo of the area to make sure I was aware of it and then followed up with a phone call. They were prompt, as well. My initial movers were delayed, but once they took over, they efficient in getting the job done. Thank you!-Jenna G

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

These guys were incredible. Beyond efficient, did so much of the heavy lifting for us. Should be too movers if there is a ranking system. Would hire again if I could contact them directly.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Javier and Marco were by far the best movers I have ever had. They were extremely friendly, professional, communicative, super duper hardworking, accommodating, motivated, and positive. I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.
