This was a very smooth experience! The movers were very nice and worked quickly but carefully making sure none of my furniture got damaged. It was a very stress free service!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Hello, 23 Aug. 2020 Renard & Enrique were GREAT!!! They both went above and beyond to ensure that the delivery was protected during shipping and moved expertly to our second floor living room. Not a scratch or ding on items (Reclining Chair & Large Floor Lamp), or the walls and railing, from start to finish! Outstanding job! Extremely impressed! These guys were incredible. Beyond efficient, did so much of the heavy lifting for us. Should be too movers if there is a ranking system. Would hire again if I could contact them directly.

Incredible movers!!! We had so many stairs and they handled our stuff with incredible care and so efficient!

They excelled on promptness, professionalism, and on collaboration. Christian offered suggestions to make better use of the space and the supply needed to best move the office furniture. They were swift and completed the move faster than I expected. Both were also flexible with my requests as I had to changes from my original plan.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
