Outstanding Service from Michael and Yadier! Michael and Yadier were exceptional. They arrived on time, took extra care to shrink-wrap my white sectional couch, and efficiently navigated my large sectional through narrow doorways. Despite the intense heat, they worked swiftly and thoughtfully. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. Highly, highly recommend Lugg and specifically these two movers!

They were wonderful! They told me all the details and ensured I knew what might happen when moving the chair upstairs. They were gracious and kind. Highly recommend!

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Yadier and Michael were expert movers today. They were efficient, helpful, and ensured my move went as smooth as possible. I’m so happy I chose Lugg for moving, and especially that Yadier and Michael were able to help make it easy.

They took extra steps to ensure sure my couch was not damaged during moving by wrapping the corners and edges.

Aleksey and Ryan came on time and very helpful! They made moving our furniture from one place to another a breeze! I highly recommend them for any small moves you have!

These guys are on a whole other level for typical moving crews, as an employer of thousands of people over the years they would both be at the top of the cream. Not sure what you pay them but you are more then getting your monies work with these 2.

Great guys! Excellent service! I like that they thought through moving large furniture up stairwells and brought plastic wrap to ensure my furniture was protected.

Carlos and John were very friendly in my Lugg experience (first time user). They took care of my sleeper sofa with care and were great in taking the legs off to get it into the doorway.

So happy I was able to find these movers they were great for moving small items things I couldn’t move myself. Found out about them from my local apartment

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Luiz & Jeremy were on time & efficient. These guys are strong! They took care in moving a couple of heavy pieces out of awkward spots. Great team!

Lugg movers were extremely fast and kept in constant contact with me! They let us know about a mark that was on purchase that was being delivered! They are very kind! Would highly recommend and definitely will use them again in the future!

A few technical hiccups but once those were resolved the service was perfect. Movers were great and friendly. Alex at home office even called to check in about my experience and explain the issues. Very affordable for just moving a few things. Highly recommend.

They were on time, wrapped my chair, were careful not to soil or damage it, and were careful to move it inside the house without damaging other furniture or paint on walls. Great service!

These guys were great. I recently had a hip surgery so can’t move anything. They did a pick up and drop off to me of a mattress and did some light assembly. Super decent people! Grateful for Lugg.com and these movers!
