This app was a total miracle worker for me! A friend of mine in the bay area used it and recommended it to me. I used this to move the contents of my one bedroom apartment in Pasadena to a moving/storage pod on the street. I had Joseph and Bobby and they were just the best. They worked in the 90+ degree heat carting my stuff around and arranging it in the pod. They were professional, worked quickly, and were ridiculously polite. They moved everything in 3 hours, and the total (not including tip) was about $300 - this includes transportation costs to my apartment and they brought all their own equipment and even wrapped something for me.I will say the estimate in the app was not at all accurate, there is no option for moving something from your house to the street and the estimate they give doesn't say the length of time - so disregard that, but you can probably expect ~$100 an hour for the two guys. Like others say, no minimum with this app, so you can potentially save a lot, depending on what you need. It was easy to schedule within the app and they worked with me as I kept having to cancel and reschedule since my storage pod delivery was delayed. Would definitely recommend if you live in an area where they service you. I'm just so sad they don't have this in Seattle where I'm moving! My only complaint is that they got there earlier than the scheduled time of 4:00 I picked between 4:00 and 5:00 because I would be rushing from Seattle so I didn’t expect to get there until 4:00 -4:15 I actually got there at 4:07. However, they did such a great job I’m still really happy. They worked well together, moved quickly and efficiently and knew how to pack stuff in and get things out. I was extremely impressed. The first time I used this service I had a disappointing experience, the 2nd time was excellent, and the 3rd time exceeded my expectations! From now on I will always recommend this service to my friends, I’m sold!. It’s worth every penny and the customer service was appreciated. Thanks lugg.

Aleksandr & Carl were really great! They were efficient and kind, and such a great help loading my larger items into a moving van.

They are quick and gentle, and know the tricks in terms of furnitures (knowing which parts can be removed from the Lazboy and more importantly how to put these back properly). Great job!

Andres and Jeremiah are the best, not only did they take their time helping out with assembly, they also helped me cut up all the boxes to dispose of the trash. Would use them again!

One days notice and I was able to schedule 2 guys and a large van to move some cabinets from west Seattle to Capitol Hill. They were prompt, and careful, and in communication the entire time! A+ I will be using this service again. I am an interior designer and am always looking for furniture movers these are my new guys!

Amazing team, service, and delivery. Friendly, ahead of schedule, communicative, and extremely safe and cautious. We had a huge solid wood piece up 2 flights of townhouse stairs. Extra cautious and protective of both the piece and our house.
