The delivery was messed up but it was IKEA’s fault. He stuck around to help solve the problem. He could have easily left but he waited because he cared. It was very nice.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Alexis and Mulder went above and beyond. And thank you. The only thing I notice is that I am missing one of the top cushions for the sofa I called IKEA and they told me I needed to get in touch with Luggs again

Since he arrived at the store (IKEA), he kept communication with me until he delivered at my house. He was super responsible with the arrival time, and also very kind.

I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!

They picked up a dresser I needed to get delivered from Ikea. They were both very nice and respectful! Also they got to my delivery location on time! And they worked very quickly and efficient!

4 boxes from Ikea - brought them into the house, set them gently in the entrance. Quick and efficient and friendly.

Juan and Maximilian did an amazing service. They were here on time, they were highly professional and handled my Ikea boxes with great care. Before they left they asked if we needed anything else. We are very happy with the service. Hopefully next time we need a delivery, we are assigned to them.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gustavo kept the communication going throughout the day, was responsible in the way he handled the furniture pickup from Ikea and was careful in handling the furniture during delivery. He was courteous and all in all seems nice person and professional as well.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Drivers themselves were great however according to ikea they were going to assemble it also and when the drivers got here they said they don’t assemble. She said if I got the two driver option it includes assembly. Essentially I paid for two drivers for a one person job. Could you please refund me for one driver?
