Juan and Michael were very thorough with careful with unloading and bringing furniture to my apartment. They were friendly and nice too. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Paul was amazing. He really did go above and beyond to help us get out couch into the apartment (2nd story). We appreciate all of his help.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Daniel was very personable and professional, we worked together to bring an assembled sleeper sofa to my second door apartment. He arrived right on time. Kudos!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

My couch is a nightmare in this building (halls and doorways seem to be lower and more narrow than any other building I've lived in). They basically had to remove the doors of the apartments (moved down the hall) and halfway disassemble the couch to get it in 🫠 But they did it! They were friendly and didn't make it seem like this was a nightmare job, although I'm sure it was lol.

My address got very confusing and unfortunately it brought them to a wrong location. Our apartments are still new so unfortunately they don’t show up on GPS yet. Alexander was understanding and was able to get to our actual location. I’m so sorry about the confusion again! He was great and moved my boxes in very fast. Thank you again :)

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. Barry and Radoslav did a really great job. They had excellent communication keeping me updated every step of the way and letting me know their ETA well in advance. They even went above and beyond showing me a picture of the furniture to make sure it still looked okay. In addition they did a great job bringing it up to my apartment. Could have been happier with the delivery and service!!!

Delivered my furniture to my sixth floor apartment through several narrow hallways to service elevator. That were very careful with my furniture and buildings walls. They make a good team, friendly, polite and conscientious. Both had happy positive attitudes even though I was their last delivery of the night after a long day. I would definitely use these two men again.

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers
