Lansana and Fadil delivered excellent service! Both were super friendly and handles our furniture with care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worked well, the guys were nice. 5 stars because the furniture came back intact, but one piece of feedback - they should take the time to read the notes, because they missed one receipt, they didn't read the comments on what items should be picked up. Came back with the other stuff on their own dime, my husband got compelled to tip them more with cash - which I didn't think was our duty to help them out for their mistake.

Aaron and Jose were first rate. My mirror arrived in perfect condition. They were professional, courteous, and fast.

They were extremely friendly and very helpful. I appreciated their exceptional service. I provided them with a tip after they were done with the job.

Ramiro and Fadil were very professional, prompt, and helpful. Not only did they pick up early, but they also helped me get furniture protector pads on the feet of my couch and helped me get it set up. This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Oscar & Fadil were so quick & efficient in delivering a couch to my condo. Not only did they navigate downtown traffic and street parking near the couch's origin point, but then upon arrival, they whisked the couch up 3 flights of stairs to my living room without even breaking a sweat. I'm so impressed! They were so professional and friendly and I truly appreciate that. Nicest guys too. Thank you, Lugg!

We are so lucky to have a service that can haul away unwanted items. As a professional organizer this service is so beyond helpful! My only wish is that one truck could do both a donation and dump run.

Angel & Julian were great! Super fast and really communicative. I wasn’t able to pick up the item so I was super grateful they picked it up, then delivered it to our place.

What an awesome service. Came to my apartment, lugged my 4-piece sectional couch down the stairs to their truck, and hauled it away to the dump. Exactly what I wanted.

Great experience. Abraham and Lazaro definitely went above and beyond when Salvation Army wouldn’t accept all my items they found a donation facility that did. Very thankful for the great service

Was skeptical because of no phone number. But, booked online, received updates through the entire process with piece of mind being able to see the enroute progression. The drivers were great, putting boxes where I wanted them. Good to know there is a reputable company I can use for large purchases, being a Senior that's important.

Lugg was fantastic. Packed everything up took it to took Goodwill for me, sent me a copy of the donation receipt and what Goodwill rejected they took to the dump. Such a wonderful experience and so full service and al for a great price.

Nikos and Oscar did an outstanding job for us. We live on the 3rd floor and they worked hard to get the buffet up while maintaining great care not to damage it. Would definitely use them again.
