They’re a fantastic team, managed to get my couch upstairs through a narrow hallways and staircase! Very professional and helpful!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Adrian and Hector for a recent move, and I cannot recommend them enough! These two movers were an absolute dream team when it came to transporting our brand-new couch from IKEA to uptown Dallas. From the moment they arrived, they were super friendly and personable, making us feel at ease about the entire moving process. What really stood out to me was just how hard-working these guys were. They were laser-focused on getting our couch to its destination safely and efficiently, and they didn't waste a single second. They handled our furniture with the utmost care, and I could tell that they really knew what they were doing. Throughout the move, Adrian and Hector remained professional and courteous, answering any questions we had and even offering helpful tips on how to care for our new couch. It was clear that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend Adrian and Hector to anyone in need of movers. They made our move stress-free and seamless, and their hard work and friendly demeanor made all the difference. The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.

Couldn't believe how lucky I was to have been sent these two. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. You made my day end worry free & found a way for my sofa delivery. The blessing being able to sit & comfortably rest from the chaotic move in (even among the mass of mover boxes & sorts)... you guys were the best!

The couch we got was a little large to fit in the stairwell for our apartment, but they took the time to try multiple ways to make it work. We really appreciated their help!!!

Appreciate the delivery. The delivery was late by a few hours, NOT his fault at all. The only recommendation I would give, in addition, is to ensure there is some type of protection under the fabric of the couch when it’s laid down in the bed of the truck. He was very kind and professional

Jordan and Brittany were wonderful. Not only was the delivery incredibly quick, but they even brought the rather large couch I purchased into my living room for me. They were polite and friendly, 10/10 would hire again.

They did an excellent job of moving the couch from the 3rd floor. Took some imagination to get the couch through the door and down the stairs. The rest was simple.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!!
