Was quite delivery. Kept me informed in each step of ETA. Came 2guy with open truck. Unexpected rain came and protected my furniture with tarp. Satisfied with service they provided.

They did a wonderful job. It was so fast from my purchase to delivery. I will definitely use your company again. Very polite and professional. Well done 👍

Brittany and Jordan did an excellent job with communicating and transporting our couch from the West elm outlet to our house. Would definitely recommend them.

Really nice guys, I was impressed on how they secured my delivery as well as cover the top of our table with cloth to prevent any addition damage during transport.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Taylor and William provided exceptional service to me. This was my first time using lugg and I was not sure what to expect but they made communication so easy. They were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery. I highly recommend their professionalism and attention to detail.

They did an excellent job with my delivery and they took extra care to ensure my item didn't get damaged.

Appreciate the delivery. The delivery was late by a few hours, NOT his fault at all. The only recommendation I would give, in addition, is to ensure there is some type of protection under the fabric of the couch when it’s laid down in the bed of the truck. He was very kind and professional

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Christopher and Nathan provided outstanding delivery service! They went above and beyond by picking up a large piece of furniture from Costco, delivering it to our home, setting it up, and making sure it was perfectly placed. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again. Great job, guys!

Fantastic job by Ralph & Mike Jackson, true gentlemen, worked very hard, were very helpful & kind. Quick, efficient, and even were very patient in dealing with the building’s elevator that went down following the first item they moved; they proceeded to Lugg items up the stairs 2 floors while waiting for emergency elevator maintenance. I was hoping they’d have an easier run & could use the elevator for the majority of the furniture, fortunately the elevator was restored rather quickly but these guys kept trucking via the more difficult route. Easily 5/5 stars, they nailed it & were a delight to work with. We appreciate you both so much Ralph & Mike!! THANK YOU! 🤗

Good delivery, but the delivery partner accidentally slipped and dropped the product and the product got damaged in a couple of places. I’m really sorry for the delivery person. Content.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

They were extremely professional and careful with my furniture piece! And timeliness was perfect. The delivery service was right on schedule as promised.

Ryan and Alex were absolutely amazing. They helped us move several heavy pieces of furniture. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were careful with our things and our home, and were wonderful and courteous communicators. We would absolutely hire them again!!

Adrian an Ancil were awesome! I received a text that allowed me to track their progress on my delivery. I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Adrian and Ancil for a job well-done!

Couldn't believe how lucky I was to have been sent these two. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. You made my day end worry free & found a way for my sofa delivery. The blessing being able to sit & comfortably rest from the chaotic move in (even among the mass of mover boxes & sorts)... you guys were the best!
