I was recommended to use Lugg by a friend and I'm so glad to have done it. Adam and Scott were quick, friendly and attentive to info I text to them. This delivery of my couch a d ottoman went smooth. You guys ROCK!!!!

The guys were very nice. We talked briefly about where the furniture would be placed. I'm glad they brought a cart so they would not have back strain. They whole move went smoothly. I was shocked at the price!!! I had thought it would be more, so I packed the books and have them in the house. In August, I'll have a few more items moved. I've already told a couple of co-workers about my great experience. I originally got the referral from West Elm & am happy with the services.

Kris went above and beyond service! He was very friendly and agreed to stay to inspect the furniture. He ran ahead of schedule, which I truly appreciated. he used the Lugg app and I was able to track the delivery with ease

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

These guys are great. I bought furniture at z gallerie outlet and they came within 25 minutes of the request (the delay was just their own travel time.) They were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. 10 stars.

Good experience with movers. The pottery barn outlet sales lady told us a different story about hauling our old couch away.

Carlos & Gabriel were on time, kind and conscientious! They met me at the RH Outlet and I had 8 medium sized furniture items that had to be fit into their truck. They took care to strap down the heavy items, used blankets (which they had!!) to protect the items. On the delivery side, the guys were great, placing each item according to my directions. The items were heavy and my space is imperfect, but the guys had a great attitude the whole time. Would work with them anytime! Also the truck was a great size - I was surprised everything fit with space to spare!

Krishna was incredibly helpful and professional. Not only did he handle my delivery with care, but he also went the extra mile by carrying my heavy box upstairs for me, which I truly appreciated as I live alone. He was efficient, strong, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend his service!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

Wow! Delivered same day as booked. Purchased a mirror from West Elm that was too large to fit in my vehicle. Five minutes after booking the driver called and confirmed and arrived with my purchase an hour and a half later. Justin and Andy were professional and kind. I could even track their whereabouts on the map. Once arrived they delivered straight to the front door (I live a good distance from parking area). The best part; it was surprisingly very affordable. I will definitely be using them again.

Abdiel and Steven were amazing! They moved a cabinet and couch (an outlet store purchase) up a flight of stairs… it was definitely not easy but they were so kind and helpful.
