They were on time, wrapped my chair, were careful not to soil or damage it, and were careful to move it inside the house without damaging other furniture or paint on walls. Great service!

They were fantastic! Showed any issues on items (from store) and very detailed. Highly Recommend! (Carlos sprinter did need to be jumped, but was super quick!)

That guys were absolutely great. The item was picked up within 20 minutes from the store and deliver to the house.

Carlos and John were very friendly in my Lugg experience (first time user). They took care of my sleeper sofa with care and were great in taking the legs off to get it into the doorway.

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!

Fombeoh and Atiqullah did a great job with our Lugg pick up and drop off at Goodwill! We had a large donation and they were quick and efficient! They got the job done quickly! We would use Lugg again!

They unexpectedly showed up an hour early which I don't think was their fault. It didn't matter. The machine was crazy heavy and we had to take it one step at a time and constantly think and reconsider how to go about bringing it up the stairs. They did well, but I was expecting them to have more helping tools to lift heavy objects up narrow stairs (they repurposed tie-down straps as lifting straps, but purpose-built lifting straps could've helped a lot more). Other tools like a XXL hand truck with large wheels could've helped. The machine had wheels so 2 long ramps laid over the stairs (decreasing the grade of the ramp) would've made the move almost trivial. GIVE THEM MORE TOOLS! They did the best they could with what they had and I am very happy they got it done.

They were on point. But will become less efficient if not supervised. Overall it was an amazing experience. Will definitely hire them again if there is a chance.

They delivered it quickly and perfectly and were kind all at the same time. Plus they did it in a day it was really cold.

Great guys! Excellent service! I like that they thought through moving large furniture up stairwells and brought plastic wrap to ensure my furniture was protected.

Great service. Delivered during rush hour traffic. Covered / protected the furniture piece during transit.

They took extra steps to ensure sure my couch was not damaged during moving by wrapping the corners and edges.
