I have never used Lugg and I am pleasantly surprised! They were quick to respond and I had my furniture within an hour! I received a text for each phase. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

These fellas were awesome! They kept in contact and were right on time. Our sofa came as promised, clean and with no damage. These guys were so polite and friendly. I would definitely have them move any furniture of mine!

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

They were on time, wrapped my chair, were careful not to soil or damage it, and were careful to move it inside the house without damaging other furniture or paint on walls. Great service!

Michael and Yadier worked so smart and so efficiently - a true team. I couldn’t have moved my furniture or rugs by myself. Because of their help, I had a very productive Saturday! I wish more people knew that Lugg wasn’t just for hiring help to move things from point A to point B, but also to provide help within the house. Lugg was my go-to in San Francisco, and now in Austin! Ryan and Alex were absolutely amazing. They helped us move several heavy pieces of furniture. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were careful with our things and our home, and were wonderful and courteous communicators. We would absolutely hire them again!!

The BEST! Their communication was awesome. They called when they were on their way to pick up my special item, called when they had it and even when they were on their way. My item was awkward, heavy and special! A Volkswagen bus bar! They carefully wrapped it in a blanket, and then a clear Stretchy material to keep it protected. The first part of the bar would not fit through the front door. So they had to carry it around to the back of the house and they did it with a smile. They even had to move other furniture in the house to get it into the house & to the room where we wanted it. They were very patient and allowed me to attach sticky felt foot pads on the bottom of the legs…all 8 of them. They moved it exactly where we wanted. These two were above & beyond! Thank you!

They were on point. But will become less efficient if not supervised. Overall it was an amazing experience. Will definitely hire them again if there is a chance.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

They’re so awesome, I lost a receipt that was needed to pick the chair I wanted from a store and they were and kind and patient and spoke to the store staff on my behalf and gave them the purchase proof I had instead of the one the store specifically was asking for , and picked my furniture up and dropped it off seamlessly.
