Jose and Edenilson were amazing! True professionals who made moving between apartments such a breeze. I had a lot of bulky furniture and heavy boxes that they took care of without issue. They brought plastic wrap and moving blankets to protect my items as well. They had no difficulty managing a large busy street and a small tight street with the box truck. I moved a 1-bedroom apartment’s worth of items and booked Jose and Edenilson to arrive between 12-1… They arrived at 11:50am I was fully moved into my new apartment before 1pm. Amazing!!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Jumping in to do the work of a box truck in an XL, I appreciate the care that they took with my items. Hard to recommend the app due to app issues. Very much recommend the movers and would hire again if I didn’t have to use the app.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Windy and pouring rain, but they got the job done. Didn't have a way to tarp the back of the truck, so some things got a little wet, but the weather was so bad it was not concerning.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

David & Leon were great movers. Really nice guys, hard workers, helpful with any challenge, packed fast, and really knew how to get the most out of the truck. "Vertical Packing" was the joke and it worked! 🙂

When you arrived you carefully carried everything upstairs, placed it where I asked, and unwrapped it. I would definitely have you move us again in the future!!!!!

Alex and Angelo were amazing in moving my giant couch. I cannot believe they were able to make it fit in the truck. They were so helpful and friendly.

First time using Lugg and Edgar and Emmanuel were so helpful, careful with the items being moved and punctual. I’m moving apartments and needed a pick up truck to move the last items, the guys were great.

Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team.

What a dynamic duo! These guys were so great I don’t know where to start. They arrived right when they said they would, went into auction warehouse and helped carry out, expertly wrapped delicate pieces, loaded truck like expert Tetris players. Unloading was a breeze, they cared for my items asking twice where it all should go-no surprises, zero risk taken with anything. They were exceedingly polite, helpful, strong and worked together like a well oiled machine. I was really really impressed by this team and would hire Lugg again and again and again. In fact-I have a job next week I’ll book right now. If you are wondering if Lugg is right for you…I just had a truckload of furniture expertly placed exactly where I wanted it to go in under an hour and my lower back does not hurt at all! Enough said-let Lugg do it-best decision you will ever make, especially with Abel and Omar.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. If you’re looking for movers who actually care about doing a great job, these are your guys.

Nice job despite 7 in of snow and some trouble getting the truck into the location, but they made it work we're on time and efficient and didn't damage anything. This is a great service!

These cabinets are covered in extremely thin and delicate curved mirrors. They break and crack in a strong wind-they are very, very fragile. I have tried moving them myself and cracked the sides three times. So I called in the pros….my ace Lugg experts Steven and Jesus. I was so pleased when they pulled up as they moved two large display cabinets for me a few weeks ago ago. Moved them perfectly. They came armed with multiple blanket layers and mover’s film and swaddled these chests like a newborn. No dollys to risk pressure on glass, they hand carried them to the truck and ingeniously tied down the legs so no straps put pressure on any glass. They were awesome, gentle, strong, thoughtful, and very smart on how not only to move them, but also to care for them, protect them. They arrived at our destination and they showed the same care and concentration in unloading as they did loading. The arrived in perfect condition. I could not not be happier or more impressed with their focus on being extra careful and gentle and with their friendly professionalism. Hiring Lugg to move these was the best move I ever made and getting the Wonder Team of Steven and Jesus just made it all the better. You cannot go wrong with this service. It saved my back, several trips of taking out the drawers (very heavy chests) with every move of mine risking another crack, and more replacement glass. Not this time, they were AWESOME, AS GOOD AS IT GETS WITH MOVES! HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Again, I know it’s long, but I can’t say enough good things about my Lugg experience, they treated those chests as delicately and carefully as humanly possible, and it showed. Their teamwork and communication with each other and with me was outstanding. Hire them…you can’t go wrong and it will save you a lot of stress. Now I’m free to go about my day totally satisfied these chests made it safely. Thank you Steven and Jesus…you two rock! I’ll look forward to our next job together. -John

Leonel and Andre did a great job moving my stuff. This is the first time I've used this company and I highly recommend them. I booked them at 11:30 pm at night and got there the next morning. Even though they didn't arrive at 8-9 am, Lugg upgraded my pick up truck to a van at no cost. I'll keep this company in mind again for the next move!

Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Super obvious they were purposely slow. Could have carried a lot more. Dolly/cart were small for truck size. Don’t really want to tip. They did get the job done tho.

Edgar was terrific in communication so he was my 'foreman' for two other Luggers I hired. He was very efficient but not racing around and risking any damage to my possessions. I'm definitely glad he showed up for my job of unloading my moving truck and bringing everything upstairs into my apartment.

Movers were great. Truck was a little too small to everything but that’s my fault for not giving better dimensions. They were lots of help on pickup and delivery.

Safely moved a very awkward, heavy box from a delivery truck to my garage. Arrived early, got everything done very fast and worked well with the delivery driver. Thank you!

Carlos and Michael made it look easy but it was a lot of hard worked they saved me from trying to do this on my own. I was very impressed by how efficient they were with getting it of the truck and into the house. I highly recommend Lugg. And the pricing was very reasonable.

They were not only on time but a few minutes early. When we got to my place, to make room for the new couch, they moved my old couch from the house to the back of my friend's truck in the driveway. I was also concerned about fitting the new couch through the front door, which was narrower than the norm because the house was built in the 1930s when everything was smaller(!). But they were careful and watched the edges/corners, and they made it look easy. Great service all around.

I wish I had known ahead of time that they could only make one trip. I wish I had the option of a bigger truck and more movers. I wish Lugg provided better estimates of time based on amount of stuff. Not sure what the time estimate is of a two-bedroom apartment, but my two bedroom apartment without appliances took all day, and the movers arrived after the arrival window.
