I owe a huge thanks to Nicholas. I had a last minute move where I ended up having more stuff than anticipated. Despite this, Nicholas was so helpful, friendly and genuinely kind. He helped move everything quickly, efficiently and carefully. A really great experience, I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Cobey and Claudio were so helpful and friendly!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with these two. They were super efficient, hard working, and wouldn't let me do a thing. 100% would recommend to anyone, and I would most definitely use them again in the future. If you're on the fence about hiring movers, do it. It's worth every penny!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Eric and Thomas did an absolutely fantastic job handling our last minute move when we were already in a tight spot. They arrived extremely promptly and had us packed up securely and on the way to the final destination in what felt like a flash. I would recommend them, and the Lugg service to anyone! Life saver!

They both really cared about my home and were very careful moving my items from upstairs to downstairs. Fredy has been one of my Lugg movers in the past and it was so nice to see him again. Celerino was just as wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Lugg and both Fredy and Celerino.

Lugg is the best! I wish you had a moving truck vs. a van so we could have moved in one trip since it's charged per minute. Ended up being the same price as a moving company (with a full size truck), if not more, even though we only had boxes and a couch, mattress, tv stand and desk, but the movers were great, friendly, helpful, and timely. If we could've moved in one trip, it would have been highly worth it.

Friendly movers, very efficient. They even took the furniture to a different thrift store when the first one wouldn't take my items. That was above and beyond and really helped me out.

Master tetris movers. Moved a huge couch into a small space with not a single ding to a wall or door frame. Kind and patient too.

Good movers and got the job done the same day withon a few hours of our purchase. I had to ask one of the guys to put on a mask which he did willingly. I gave a cash tip so did not tip again through the app.

Tom and Dakota are consummate professionals and extremely helpful. They came in last minute to help me with an emergency move out of a street parked container that was being threatened to be towed. They were very understanding of this situation and helped me unload the entire container in 2 hours, which I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend them!

These guys, in this heatwave and our elevator light went out, moved everything from our U-Haul in such a fast and efficient time. Super helpful and friendly movers. Worth every damn penny

Bennie and Brandon were awesome! They were: friendly, professional, courteous, efficient - and met the challenge of fitting a huge king size bed through quite small doorways/hallways with good humor and a “can-do” attitude! This was the best experience with movers I have ever had. Great service including text messages for arrival timing. I’d use Lugg again in a heartbeat!

The team who moved my stuff was great but the app was not functional. There was no way to contact the movers and I felt so bad leaving them in the dark.
