I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

Super friendly!! They had no hesitation helping me move a piece of furniture out of the way to make room for my delivery. They are very careful and were finished before I knew it. Great guys- I would absolutely recommend them!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Very friendly, communicative, and moved our piece of furniture in with ease. Additionally, they took great care of the item by using a moving pad and shrink wrap to ensure the furniture wasn’t damaged.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! These guys are awesome! Heavy furniture and lots of stairs, with the last set of stairs being very narrow. They never let the furniture touch a wall! Couldn't be happier with this service. Well done!!!

I have MS and I don’t always have the ability to do the things that I used to do. These two lugs (weird) handed everything for me. Broke down boxes, cleaned up, put furniture together… basically anything that I needed. I never felt judged or degraded in any way , even though I struggled with the app and had many empty boxes and open crates to handle. Thanks again
