They were on time and friendly. Delivery was quick especially because I live only 5 minutes from the store where item was purchased.

No complaints, they were very pleasant and didn’t cause any distractions or problems while our sales teams were working. They got it done effectively and I will be going with them again next time!

They worked well together and helped get my delivery right where I needed it! They helped deliver a sleeper sofa for me from ikea and drove an hour each way for it!

Only one of the couches was delivered. I called IKEA and they said that it was theirs fault - that it was not given to the Lugg delivery people. But they cannot rectify this until Lugg calls them. But then they tell me they have no phone number for Lugg. I need it today!

These gentlemen managed to acquire my furniture at ikea despite the fact that I misplaced my receipt. They also were able to manage a treacherous and narrow stairway without incurring any damage to the delivery.

Erik and TreVone were very helpful. IKEA lost one of my items, and they went back to the store to try to look for it. I really appreciate their persistence in completing the delivery.

Cannot tell you how much I appreciate your company Finally someone figured out how to do delivery !! I have been dealing with the Other IKEA delivery. Company NIGHTMARE called SELECT EXPRESS !!! Since 5/17/2022!!! Until today- I spent the last 5 Saturday and Sunday home waiting to no vail Anyway thank you/ fast efficient and professional The 2 gentlemen were wonderful / Thank you again,

They responded to my request VERY quickly! They carefully unboxed the large cabinet, put it in the place where I wanted it, helped me to level it, and took away all the cardboard and other packing materials. I highly recommend them!

They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

Juan was incredible at helping me out of a real tough situation with a terrible experience dealing with Ikea. After over a week of reschedules, cancellations, in person claims/cases and still not having my order sitting on a cart leave the ikea store, lugg REALLY helped me out to get my items within 2 hours. Juan went through each and every item on my receipt to make sure it was all there (even when it was the IKEA teams job to do that!) and found broken and missing items and ensured they were replaced and delivered. He even helped me move all of my items up to my apartment which was generous and extremely helpful given that i’m on my own and needed a hand. Couldn’t thank him enough ! Reem

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!!
