Absolutely fantastic experience using Lugg for the first time. My movers were very personable, creative with making things fit, and patient and kind. I’d love for all my future Lugg moves to be exactly like this!

Both of these gentlemen were very polite and courteous. I feel like they went above and beyond with this delivery. I live in an apartment complex, which can be difficult to navigate. Not only did they follow the directions into the complex without any trouble, they wheeled it up to my door, carried it up the five steps to my apartment, and put it on the floor directly inside my apartment. I honestly wasn't sure how I was going to get it up those stairs, so I am so grateful to them. If I have to have something delivered again, I'd love to have these two men do the delivering. Thank you so much for your help.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

Robert and Elijah are expert movers - they had to figure out how to get a big couch down some gnarly stairs and openings. They were so fantastic and I am just so lucky to have had their help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

They even helped me get rid of my current couch/put it on the curb. And we had such great conversations in the short time they were here! I would 1000% hire them to move again!
