I had the pleasure of working with Adrian and Hector for a recent move, and I cannot recommend them enough! These two movers were an absolute dream team when it came to transporting our brand-new couch from IKEA to uptown Dallas. From the moment they arrived, they were super friendly and personable, making us feel at ease about the entire moving process. What really stood out to me was just how hard-working these guys were. They were laser-focused on getting our couch to its destination safely and efficiently, and they didn't waste a single second. They handled our furniture with the utmost care, and I could tell that they really knew what they were doing. Throughout the move, Adrian and Hector remained professional and courteous, answering any questions we had and even offering helpful tips on how to care for our new couch. Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

Love two employees, next time I think two people who can actually lift heavy stuff is best. I had to help movers myself to be able to accomplish the task and it set my work schedule back.

The movers were wonderful and did a great job. My only complaint is I submitted what was to be moved and the truck sent could not hold a queen mattress.

Adrian an Ancil were awesome! I received a text that allowed me to track their progress on my delivery. I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Adrian and Ancil for a job well-done!

The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.

They were extremely professional and careful with my furniture piece! And timeliness was perfect. The delivery service was right on schedule as promised.

Christopher and Nathan provided outstanding delivery service! They went above and beyond by picking up a large piece of furniture from Costco, delivering it to our home, setting it up, and making sure it was perfectly placed. The movers were great. But the update service is horrible they arrived 2 hours late and with no prior notification they were being held up.

The movers arrived on time and did a great job moving items from our garage into two bedrooms after we refinished our floors. This was a quick and easy solution to moving a few heavy items we did not want to move on our own! Thanks guys :)

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.
