Handling a problem where the furniture was damaged by HomeGoods before handing it over to Lugg. They provided photo and explanation of the situation in real-time, which was very helpful and appreciated. Great job!

I can’t say enough good things about these two courteous hard working men! Leonard and Darrell were very patient, even though Big Lots store was slow to bring furniture to the front (the store was very busy for a Saturday). They were prompt to arrive, careful not to bang into walls or other furniture, very pleasant to be around! It was like having someone in my own family help us out—they cared enough to do things carefully!

It was great. They were willing to go the extra mile to get big furniture out, which wasn’t easy. I’m grateful.

Max did an excellent job of carefully and safely moving our furniture!!! We have never used Lugg before and our first experience using it was Great!!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Ok y’all are the greatest thing ever- both guys were awesome- beyond efficient- arrived 5 minutes after I bought the furniture- absolutely top notch and so appreciate y’all. Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Adrian an Ancil were awesome! I received a text that allowed me to track their progress on my delivery. I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Adrian and Ancil for a job well-done!

Speedy - Zack and Nathan picked up the furniture and delivered it efficiently in less than 35 minutes!

Prompt. They checked / inspected merchandise and sent me pictures of existing defects. They communicated very well and were on time. This was also a heavy piece of furniture and treated it with care. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

The building the furniture was delivered to is difficult to get in and navigate due hi security rules. They were both flexible and patient.
