Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

They did an excellent job with my delivery and they took extra care to ensure my item didn't get damaged.

Adrian an Ancil were awesome! I received a text that allowed me to track their progress on my delivery. I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Adrian and Ancil for a job well-done!

They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

These gentlemen were wonderful. They kept me update to date and went the extra mile to make sure my round table fit into the van for a successful delivery. They were courteous and friendly. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Was quite delivery. Kept me informed in each step of ETA. Came 2guy with open truck. Unexpected rain came and protected my furniture with tarp. Satisfied with service they provided.

Good delivery, but the delivery partner accidentally slipped and dropped the product and the product got damaged in a couple of places. I’m really sorry for the delivery person. Content.

Appreciate the delivery. The delivery was late by a few hours, NOT his fault at all. The only recommendation I would give, in addition, is to ensure there is some type of protection under the fabric of the couch when it’s laid down in the bed of the truck. He was very kind and professional
