Thank you for moving all of our furniture into storage and for helping us get something done that we’ve been meaning to do for several years!!

Tooraj and Dajuan were exceptional, providing outstanding service with professionalism and efficiency. However, Lugg, your app is misleading and your advertising is deceptive. You claim to offer junk removal services, but this is false. Due to the minute-by-minute charge structure, I was charged far more than expected. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable. Fix your app, and stop misleading your customers.

They are Very professional, super nice and kind. They handled our delivery with care. We had heavy furniture to deliver. They are so strong! We are so happy with their service, we want to hire them again if we can.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Jaiden did an amazing job! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us with a piece of furniture that didn’t fit in our home. Would recommend him to anyone!!!

Absolutely incredible team to move your furniture. They are beyond efficient, they cared for our furniture and belongings, and were extremely friendly. You cannot find a better duo with a sprinter van to move your life and take care of your personal items. He took such good care of my furniture. He's a total pro and both him and Brenda are friendly and hard workers. Do yourself a favor and book them next time you need moving services!!

They were an absolute joy to work with. They were very careful with my furniture and made sure I was happy with the placement. Also, they put plastic to cover my tan couch so it would not get dirty. I will recommend them to anyone who needs something moved.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.
