Great - however living spaces failed to give them 1 of the 4 pieces. Can we reschedule to pick up the last piece? I can’t fit it in my suv

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

The guys were very nice but this took longer than anticipated. If folks are paying by the minute, the guys you hire should know how to address issues of limited space, needing to take doors off of refrigerators and hanging them properly when they are done. One of my doors on my fridge is not installed properly at the top and I will have to re-hang the door properly or pay someone to assist me as the doors are too heavy.

Where do I even begin. To say these guys went above and beyond isn’t giving them nearly enough credit. I was moving several pieces of REALLY heavy, expensive gym equipment into my home gym. These guys not only got the job done quickly and efficiently, they communicated the entire time while I couldn’t be there, sent me photos, went back for a piece that wouldn’t fit. And did it with a smile on their face. Cannot say enough good things. And I never leave reviews on these apps, but want to make sure they get the credit they deserve.

Reggie & Ethan were hard workers. They hustled and planned their way through the process. There was a very challenging situation with 3 doors and a stair at the intersection. The move required diagonal 90 degree movement thru 2 adjacent doors and person access at the other door and stair. After planning and moving a route was found and success achieved.

Amazing quick move of my peloton bike. Worked fast, and ensured no damage to the walls or bike took place when going down multiple flights of stairs. Would highly recommend!!

Kris was on time, professional, courteous and polite. He asked questions and helped me place the chairs in place. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

They were very nice and did a good job. I sent an email earlier to your email to tell you the name of the place and the suite number. We communicated and I again gave the same message to them. It took longer than I thought because we verified it by phone. I’m not sure why the price went up so much. Your original temporary estimate was about $99. I thought the most it could be was maybe $138. The mileage from pickup to my place is 11-12-or 13 at the most. I had no idea when first quoted they drove from so far away. The store they picked it up from had someone who quoted me $140 but he was not available. I probly would not use your service again because the pricing was not clear. The guys were very very nice.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Stephen and Joseph who helped me today. They worked efficiently, but never rushed, always checking in to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Place he picked up from promised they’d wrap the items, didn’t, and William wrapped them himself. Super nice guy and incredibly efficient. In and out in like 10 minutes.

They were an absolute joy to work with. They were very careful with my furniture and made sure I was happy with the placement. Also, they put plastic to cover my tan couch so it would not get dirty. I will recommend them to anyone who needs something moved.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great all around! Especially considering living spaces did not send any assembly instructions with the new bed. And the frame they sent with the bed, was not either manufactured properly or meant for that bed because holes did not lineup or exist and screws were left over. These guys figured it all out, but were here at least twice as long as they should’ve because of living spaces inefficiency as mentioned above. And and I had to pay for it, literally.$$$$ Also, there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and misinformation at Lugg between the people that chat, text and email online. I spent a lot of time going in circles, getting very answers, mostly dealing with booking assembly labor!

Convenience is the name of the game. Use the app to schedule pick up and delivery of large items.

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

Christian and Marco were INCREDIBLE. They took such care of all our furniture pieces and boxes. They helped us prioritize items and were very clear in their plan. At the new house they helped set up every piece of furniture and placed all boxes in the correct rooms. They are such hard workers, we were so lucky to have them today.

Excellent communication!!!!! Not only did the app keep me updated but Diego and Julio called when 10 away from any destination. Raining that day so I ordered a van. Items were Plastic wrapped with moving blankets during move. Everything was delivered unscathed. A bit more than I would have liked to spend but the peace of mind about needing to find movers and vehicle.

Every aspect was great: fast, cautious, and got the job done. What great app idea!! I bought a new sectional at living spaces and delivery wasn’t available, so before lugs I would’ve had to rent a U-Haul and try to find someone that can help me. That would’ve taken all day and the price of the rental for U-Haul and gas would’ve been almost the price of lugs. Great concept thank goodness for this platform.
