Charles and Kyree were communicative, polite, and went above and beyond. They were very careful when moving the furniture and even dusted off the item for me. I would recommend them to everyone.

Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars!

The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody.

Herman was an amazing truck with trailer maneuver man, and David was excellent with his maneuvering up the stairs plan as well. Together they were the perfect team for my office furniture move. I would highly recommend both of these men, and they worked together brilliantly!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Ibn and Mohamed were extremely professional and very respectful of both our furniture and home. They were able to get a very large piece up a flight of stairs despite many obstacles and were polite and cheerful the whole time. I would absolutely recommend them for any job in the future. 10/10!

I recently had the pleasure of working with two wonderful guys who came over to rearrange some very heavy furniture on my patio. They were incredibly polite, professional, and worked together seamlessly as a team. It was clear they were skilled and efficient, as they handled the heavy pieces with care and precision. Not only did they succeed in completing the task perfectly, but they also made the whole experience stress-free for me. I couldn’t be happier with their service—I highly recommend asking for these 2 gentlemen, Michael and Mohamed to help you with your moving needs! Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!
