Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

We were not at home when they arrived, but were kind enough to wait for a friend of mine to open the door. I am very happy with Lugg, having used the service twice in a couple of weeks. My suggestion would be to narrow down the delivery window to 3 hours, as 7 hours is too big a window specially when it's delivered the same day. We didn't get a choice to choose next day delivery in the app. Cheers, Sunil

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guys took little instruction and was able to do multiple jobs without me present. I am super sick at home right now and they were able to get these tasks done. So so so beyond grateful for their efficient work today.

Eder and Kevin were fantastic! They were friendly, considerate, and took extremely good care of our furniture. They were very careful with the way they moved the furniture into our new apartment. Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

My first time using Lugg. We used Lugg to deliver a large mirror purchased at Home Goods. Luis was a great communicator. He called to tell me that Home Goods misplaced the item, then again when the product was found. I will definitely use Lugg again. Thanks for great service Luis!

Two people arrived to help me deliver a sofa back home which i had grabbed up for free off of Craigslist and it was really nice too. My first time using a service like this i appreciate it because not only was the price reasonable, i still have the sofa at home to this day. Thank you there Lugg have a nice day. Also took their time to not only answer a few question of mine but show me as well.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Efren and Bladimir amazed us. We found ourselves desperate for some help moving furniture at home, up and down multiple stories. We signed up for Lugg on a rainy Sunday and Efren and Bladimir arrived within 30 minutes! They were personable, professional, and very good with the furniture. We had a very difficult fit with one couch and it required disassembling a door (while holding the couch on the stairs). They took care of it with strength and patience. Most highly recommend!

Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

Akcel met us at Home Depot to pick up a bathroom vanity cabinet that we'd ordered online. He arrived a few minutes before us and went straight to customer service to pick up the cabinet for us (without us asking!). By the time we arrived at the appointment time, he was already loading it into the truck. Awesome service!

First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.
