Couldn't believe how lucky I was to have been sent these two. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. You made my day end worry free & found a way for my sofa delivery. The blessing being able to sit & comfortably rest from the chaotic move in (even among the mass of mover boxes & sorts)... you guys were the best!

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. If you’re looking for movers who actually care about doing a great job, these are your guys.

The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.

Adrian & Sean were really awesome. They informed us in advance before they were arriving at the location. They took their time to wrap the furniture and secure it on the truck. They delivered the furniture to the drop off location and kept the furniture at the desired location inside the house. I would recommend them for your moving needs.

Love two employees, next time I think two people who can actually lift heavy stuff is best. I had to help movers myself to be able to accomplish the task and it set my work schedule back.

They were kind, made sure everything I ordered was collected off their truck. They put everything down gently.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Both Mr. Dekiyon and Mr. Tyrone were very polite and easy going. They helped with the shrink wrap as well. They took care of everything from start to finish in the best possible way. Thank you for all of the help!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

LP and Zach were fabulous! They were friendly and easy to work with. LP packed the truck like a puzzle and everything fit! Very impressive. Zach worked hard lugging all the boxes, tables and garage items expertly. I highly recommend this team and company!

Appreciate the delivery. The delivery was late by a few hours, NOT his fault at all. The only recommendation I would give, in addition, is to ensure there is some type of protection under the fabric of the couch when it’s laid down in the bed of the truck. He was very kind and professional

Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

They checked in with us all through the process. There was a little hiccup with our order at IKEA and they called right away for some verification. They let us know when they were a few minutes away, and they unloaded their truck, working as a team, very quick and efficiently. We enjoyed and appreciated this experience very much!

The movers were wonderful and did a great job. My only complaint is I submitted what was to be moved and the truck sent could not hold a queen mattress.

Was quite delivery. Kept me informed in each step of ETA. Came 2guy with open truck. Unexpected rain came and protected my furniture with tarp. Satisfied with service they provided.
