Jawan was great! We did have a problem with Lugg though…our delivery was supposed to be between 2-3pm and our items did not get delivered until 8pm. On the app, there were 3 different driving teams and when we called the first one around 3pm, the driver claimed to be on their way to IKEA for pickup and then our home. We had to cancel plans because we were relying on the delivery from Lugg. A refund would be appreciated.

The men communicated with me at every stage of the delivery process and were extremely professional! I've used Lugg before and the service does not disappoint.

Ryan and Alex were absolutely amazing. They helped us move several heavy pieces of furniture. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were careful with our things and our home, and were wonderful and courteous communicators. We would absolutely hire them again!!

Fantastic service. They went above and beyond by bringing their own delivery and wrapping supplies and ensuring everything was safe from the weather and secured during transport.

Ryan and Alex were incredible! They helped move a dining table into our place, and went above and beyond: putting it together (they carry their own tools?!), deciding which way to turn the rug, rearranging the other furniture to fit - and were super friendly and efficient in the process.

They were in and out in minutes. There were no stairs or elevators to contend with. You should consider using Lugg.com for your next delivery.

There was a mix up with my delivery and they were patient and kind enough to work with me through it. My furniture was delivered on time.

Fantastic job by Ralph & Mike Jackson, true gentlemen, worked very hard, were very helpful & kind. Quick, efficient, and even were very patient in dealing with the building’s elevator that went down following the first item they moved; they proceeded to Lugg items up the stairs 2 floors while waiting for emergency elevator maintenance. I was hoping they’d have an easier run & could use the elevator for the majority of the furniture, fortunately the elevator was restored rather quickly but these guys kept trucking via the more difficult route. Easily 5/5 stars, they nailed it & were a delight to work with. We appreciate you both so much Ralph & Mike!! THANK YOU! 🤗

Delivery was fast, easy to arrange, great communication with updates, and very professional. The furniture was wrapped and protected during transport. Highly recommend this service.

Ted was willing to go above and beyond to help move a piece of furniture that needed to be returned and he also returned to the store voluntarily and without complaint when the store forgot to include a piece of furniture and mounting hardware that should have been included in the original delivery.

Abdul was very professional, helpful and kind. I mostly appreciate his positive attitude and making this very heavy delivery possible with no hesitant.
