Amazing movers!! They did such an amazing and quick job with the pick up and moved it into my apartment. Needed to maneuver through the door but they did it with such efficiency

I would use this service again. It's kinda like the Uber for having a couple things moved. Good communication. Polite and clean helpers. On time. I tipped in cash, not knowing the app would do it for me.

I wish I had known ahead of time that they could only make one trip. I wish I had the option of a bigger truck and more movers. I wish Lugg provided better estimates of time based on amount of stuff. Not sure what the time estimate is of a two-bedroom apartment, but my two bedroom apartment without appliances took all day, and the movers arrived after the arrival window.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. I was amazed that when I walked into world market (arrived early so they could gather my things for pickup) to see that the staff were already bringing my things up front. When I asked how they knew I was there they said they got a call from Paul coordinating it with them. Paul was able to move 2 full sized sofas. One loveseat and one sofa chair all in his pickup. His truck was of Uber quality and Paul’s demenaor was calming and had everything under control.

Jumping in to do the work of a box truck in an XL, I appreciate the care that they took with my items. Hard to recommend the app due to app issues. Very much recommend the movers and would hire again if I didn’t have to use the app.

The computer system is the problem it’s not that efficient the word pick up doesn’t come up first it’s destination therefore it throws off the pickup address and delivery address. Also no phone number to contact. Uber has a phone number so shouldn’t LUGG.

The guys were great. Well done. I would say that if I could offer one bit of advice to improve the end user experience to Lugg it would be that I would add a feature like what Uber has, where the client can track the location of his delivery so he can better manage his expectations of delivery time.

They moved out all our old and very large office furniture very quickly and efficiently! Both guys were so polite and professional. We use Lugg for all our office moving needs. I’m lining up a job for them to do at my house too. Lugg is the best service!! It’s as convenient as scheduling an Uber but way more helpful!!

Had a great experience with my "Luggers". Showed up and were friendly and polite. Loaded and delivered with no problems. I'm not the type to write...but this is a really unique business. Wish I had thought of it myself. Uber for moving...

Juan was excellent! He made the entire process seamless and easy and didn’t even need my help and was also prepared with all the tools necessary to execute the move. I highly recommend one if you want one of the best Lugg movers there is.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

We will for sure use Lugg for our next local furniture or large item pick up!!! Long story short we purshased a huge out door table and bench set 96” x 40” x 5” and attempted to pick it up ourselves and nothing would fit and the store manager told us about Lugg and it basically is exactly like an Uber but for furniture or large items at a near by store pick up and boy we LOVE it!!! So EASY to use and for only $77 (miles, seize of truck, people to carry and a discount code) we received our furniture in perfect condition and carried to the exact location by 2 professional expert movers...thank you Lugg!!!
