We had no idea how to get our heavy sofa bed out of our apartment. Salvation Army canceled their pickup at the last minute on the last day of our lease. Arturo and Andy truly saved me! Not only were they on time, they were thoughtful about my item and did the unthinkable, moving it out of an extremely tight doorway and up a precarious flight of stairs. Thank you Arturo and Andy!! You rock!

This was my first time using Lugg and WOW!!! Michael and Rodney exceeded my expectations! Both men were very nice and polite, FAST and much to my surprise they set up the sofa that they picked up and delivered. If I could give more stars I would. I have know idea if you can request Lugg movers but if you can I would strongly suggest Michael and Rodney! Thank you guys for everything.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Scott listened to my concerns and wrapped the sofa very well. This was my first experience with Lugg and it was a very good one! I tipped both in cash.

They are very professional for home moving. The sofa and the study table are both big size, the did a lot of efforts to move these in and well assembled!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Jordan and Jaiden were absolutely spectacular! It was a really heavy sleeper sofa that we needed to move down a very challenging staircase and they did it with strength, kindness, patience and dedication. They were focused on getting the job done, while taking care of the furniture and navigating the space. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to work with them. It was a successful move because of them.

They were super prompt, friendly, and I appreciate that wrapped my sofa very well so that it stayed protected during the trip.

Raul + Nicolas were very friendly and efficient. They had no problem bringing a sofa a flight of stairs and fitting it into my doorway.

They were both very nice. I do think efficiency could have been better as they seemed a bit overwhelmed by the job initially. I don’t think it’s necessarily their fault, perhaps Lugg needs to prepare movers for more than just a pick up of an easy sofa etc.
