They are Very professional, super nice and kind. They handled our delivery with care. We had heavy furniture to deliver. They are so strong! We are so happy with their service, we want to hire them again if we can.

The guys were very friendly, professional and helpful- they even used their own drill to tighten some loose screws for us upon delivery. Highly recommend

I had a great experience! I purchased a huge media system from Restoration Hardware and tried Lugg! The price to move was the best and no problem to book a pick up time for the next day! Andrew and Jorge let me know they were in route to the store and gave me and eta on when to expect them at my home. Absolutely amazing! They were both very careful and efficient with my delivery from start to finish. It was a tight squeeze through my hall way and was nervous about damage during move. They did it with ease…. I HIGHLY recommend them for delivery service.

Armando was so nice. What a great guy! Very helpful and strong. He accidentally forgot a bag of the hardware and drove all the way back. I felt so bad there was a lot of traffic and he had other orders. He could have lied and said oh I didn’t get any hardware! Super honest.

Best service ever! I bought a 200 lb table at Restoration Hardware and it was delivered to my home less than 24 hours later!

They are excellent. Efficient and great moving skills. I have stairs and they carefully moved a very heavy dresser from Restoration Hardware.

Luis and Martin were very professional. They arrived at the pick up location within 20min and delivered it to our home quickly thereafter. They coordinated with Renovation Hardware staff without us needing to be there, which was a major convenience. Our dining room table arrived unscathed and in the same condition that we left it at the store. Great job on delivery guys! They were super friendly with my dog and that was the icing on the cake. This was our first time using Lugg and we plan on being repeat customers.
