In every way! They were on time, nice, personable, professional, helpful, patient, exceedingly careful of my artwork and furniture ….the BEST! I would recommend them and Lugg to anyone in need of assistance with heavy items! The service is fairly priced and I felt that they deserved good tips! It’s 5 Stars from us!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So polite and courteous and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They were so accommodating every time I changed my mind about where I wanted my furniture placed. GREAT TEAM!

Two of the sweetest dudes!! They helped me move all of my furniture from one house to another and then helped me move extra things from my car. They were gentle with the furniture and moved everything super quick!! Definitely recommend:)

These guys are awesome! Heavy furniture and lots of stairs, with the last set of stairs being very narrow. They never let the furniture touch a wall! Couldn't be happier with this service. Well done!!!

They were prompt, respectful, nice, and they did a great job wrapping and moving the furniture on a super hot day.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I have MS and I don’t always have the ability to do the things that I used to do. These two lugs (weird) handed everything for me. Broke down boxes, cleaned up, put furniture together… basically anything that I needed. I never felt judged or degraded in any way , even though I struggled with the app and had many empty boxes and open crates to handle. Thanks again

Super friendly!! They had no hesitation helping me move a piece of furniture out of the way to make room for my delivery. They are very careful and were finished before I knew it. Great guys- I would absolutely recommend them!
