They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

William and Michael helped carry the furniture down a nasty staircase, and were quick efficient and professional.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Raymar and Cory were great! The entire process, from booking to the arrival of the furniture, was easy and went smoothly! What a great service you offer!

Michael M. and Jerome did an outstanding job moving 2 large furniture items from my second floor apartment and taking them to our bulk trash location nearby even sending pictures of where they placed the items to make sure it was right. Michael and Jerome were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and Lugg!

These two are awesome! They immediately put me at ease, and were both super friendly and funny and cool. They did a great job handling a couple of precious pieces of antique furniture, and didn’t complain at the difficult task I had for them. I would 100% request their help again and feel grateful to have met them.

Julio and Cesar arrived on time and worked really hard to move a heavy piece of furniture. They also made sure that it did not get damage. I appreciated their good work. Thank you!

These guys were absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen movers that could Tetris like this and I’m quite an experience Mover. I was thrilled with the service, the friendliness, their expertise, and they most certainly went above and beyond helping me with additional furniture. I can’t recommend Michael and Jerome enough! Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination.

Abimbola Adeyey and William got the job done quickly and were careful with our furniture. It took less than 30 minutes to finish the job and the whole process was easy and painful free. They were great to work with!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!

They were good at communicating and helped move several large pieces of furniture through narrow hallways, etc.

Jerome & Michael were prompt, kind, and efficient! I was nervous with all the logistics that come with buying furniture from a stranger, but they clearly communicated their arrival time and made the whole process a breeze.
