Philip & Rodrigo were professional and quick. I was removing a mattress and the website made it seem like Luggs would take it away and get rid of it for me. That is not the case. You need to know where they are going to take it. Anyway the two luggers were helpful and polite regarding this miss communication.

Not only moved all my pieces so carefully, but also reattached the legs to the table for me. Super nice guys!

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

Every piece was well cared for and the team arrived promptly, worked quickly, and were very easy to work with.

Used Lugg for junk removal. Showed up within 10 minutes and got everything out quickly. The only thing I'd say that isn't well done is that it doesn't tell you about a dump fee when estimating. Only way I knew about it was after I received an additional charge and look at the FAQs. My fault for not checking before accepting

They’re very careful with wrapping individual items, inspecting before they move anything and send these photos. They called to let me know they are on the way and check in with me periodically with any update. I’m very grateful for love and thank you for such wonderful hired. Five stars all the way around.

Abimbola Adeyey and William got the job done quickly and were careful with our furniture. It took less than 30 minutes to finish the job and the whole process was easy and painful free. They were great to work with!

The team did an outstanding job! They communicated effectively among themselves to determine the safest and most efficient method for moving a heavy table top from the first floor to the basement. Michael and William were fabulous! We were their 3rd move of the day and they were still energized, fast, and focussed. We had 3 very heavy natural rubber mattresses that William had worked with and knew how to take apart to keep their shape and lighten the load. They were both personable, strong, efficient and committed to doing a great job! I’ve used Lugg teams at least 5 times and feel it’s a great service.

They were amazing ! Super caring and understanding. I thought I had to pick the mattress up myself and I live on the 3rd floor with no elevators ! So I was preparing myself however when I asked one of the gentleman if they could carry it up they were extremely helpful and did it for me . Thank you so so much . It was heavy and yet they still did it . They were great and I’m thankful for their help !
