Movers were nice, communicative and very efficient!

Great service and friendly. On time and efficient. The whole job was done in under 10 seconds from entering my apartment!

Jerome & Daniel G were fantastic. They helped me clear out my storage unit, drove the contents to my new apartment building, and brought the items into my apartment. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and it was lovely to chat with Jerome and Daniel. I will 100% be using Lugg’s services in the future.

They were fantastic - arrived on-time, immediately started loading up the van, taking care with the boxes, and they promptly showed up at the destination and brought all of the boxes into my apartment. They were friendly throughout my interactions with them as well. I would highly recommend them!

Jamal and Xavier were great! Problem solved with a challenging delivery and conscientious of any potential damages getting the furniture inside the apartment. A+ all around.

Irwin and Erick were incredibly helpful! Even though I had a LOT of stuff and many flights of stairs to my apartment, they never complained and did a great job bringing stuff up. They also arrive promptly for the job, which was a life saver because I would not have been able to do it myself. Thank you so much for your help!

We couldn’t get the couch through the narrow apartment door, but Michael and Jake tried every which way. I’m happy they did their absolute best—no one could have got this couch in here! It was expensive but a cheaper company would have given up after five minutes. Lugg has my vote for their heroic efforts with a couch that was just one inch too wide.

They went above and beyond in communication and customer service. I asked them to bring my couch to the base of my stairs so I could try and push it up into my apartment (I live alone and weigh 130) and they offered to take it all the way inside for me and were so kind and helpful. They deserve a promotion and raise, big thanks to Jefferson and Kevin for this great experience.

Despite the deliver being late, they were fast getting our items up to the apartment and polite. Very careful with the boxes.

They answer me super kindly and I had a big trouble with the apartment since I could not book a loading dock. So I changed the address and they gave me a super nice service I really appreciate it 😭😭😭

Michael and Jerome were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and Lugg!

Daniel and Jabir were extremely helpful! They called me from the IKEA store to verify that they had picked up the right order, responded to my text asking them to call me when they reached my apartment, called me when they did reach, and helped me bring around 11 items (including large pieces of furniture like my bed, desk, and nightstand) up to my apartment! They also got everything done in less than 20 minutes. Could not be more happy!

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.
