They did a great job. I will be hiring them again to take back boxes to IKEA. Remodeling turned into nightmare.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1. They arrived early at IKEA; 2. IKEA didn’t pack small items and they found a way to make sure everything is neat and safe; 3. Friendly and attentive; 4. They kept me updated about the status and progress all the way.

They were amazing! It was a very heavy dresser, and I live in an apartment that made it a little tricky. They even went the extra mile to wrap it up to make sure it didn’t get damaged.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

One of the best 3rd party experiences!!! I bought some already assembled and not assembled furniture from IKEA and was thrilled to have the build pieces delivered and put exactly where I wanted them in my second story small condo. They even made sure I knew about damage they noted (bought from the AS IS, section of IKEA) at time of pick up!! Awesome Customer Service!!!!!!

Very kind and helpful. IKEA lost our paperwork. He could have just left but he did not. Instead, he communicated with me multiple times until it was sorted and he was able to deliver. He absolutely represented LUGG in the most positive light. Kudos to him.

RC was punctual and professional. He kept me up to date on his arrival at IKEA and subsequently his progress toward delivery. He was courteous and punctual. I would strongly recommend everyone to use his services.

RC was very friendly; he called to let me know when he would be arriving at IKEA to pick up my order, when he was on his way, and when he arrived at my apartment. He was very helpful and helped me carry my desk up to my apartment. 😀

When picking up a tv from best buy Carlos called immediately when there was an issue verifying them as the proper pickup people through the store. He also had his son with him so I did not need to help move the tv into my third floor (stairs only) apartment. Super friendly, super quick, 10/10 would recommend to anyone
