These guys were absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen movers that could Tetris like this and I’m quite an experience Mover. I was thrilled with the service, the friendliness, their expertise, and they most certainly went above and beyond helping me with additional furniture. I can’t recommend Michael and Jerome enough! Five stars all the way!

Eugene & William were extremely nice, careful with the furniture, swift, and very patient when there was a hangup at the donation drop-off location! Very grateful that they were assigned to my task.

Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Very friendly and professional. Prompt pick up and delivery . I couldn’t be happier. Five stars!!!

Jerome & Michael were prompt, kind, and efficient! I was nervous with all the logistics that come with buying furniture from a stranger, but they clearly communicated their arrival time and made the whole process a breeze. They treated our “new to us” furniture with care and a friendly attitude despite driving a good distance for us. Truly an above and beyond job, they were excellent!!

These two are awesome! They immediately put me at ease, and were both super friendly and funny and cool. They did a great job handling a couple of precious pieces of antique furniture, and didn’t complain at the difficult task I had for them. I would 100% request their help again and feel grateful to have met them.

My second time with Michael and Jerome as my Lugg movers, and they did a phenomal job with my move again! They communicated times well, wrapped all my furniture up carefully, and extremely friendly. We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!
