Steven and Anthony were very friendly and considerate, wearing masks and were willing to put on shoe covers. They delivered our sofa and disposed the box and foam in short order. Highly recommend lugg!

Rodrigo and Joey were excellent. Also moved 2 pieces of furniture into my garage. I like that they were flexible enough to do that for me. They moved my sofa upstairs and it seemed effortless to them even though I knew the loveseat was heavy. I will definitely use Lugg again. Lugg was recommended from a friend and I'm so glad they're in my area.

Sofa was delivered on Time at 4:25 pm. My scheduled delivery time was between the hours of 4 to 5pm. Both Rodrigo and Darnell were very careful bring the new sofa into the house, and first transfering the existing sofa into the living room. They couldn't get the sofa box through the front door and had to remove the box first. They were both very careful with the removal of the box so not to damage the sofa. Also very careful not to scratch or damage my walls, while carefully bringing the sofa into the family room and setting it up. Afterwards they clean up after themselves before they left. I will use your delivery service in the future and will let others in the neighborhood, that Lugg is a reputable and dependable delivery service. Great Service , Friendly and Helpful delivery...! Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

We ordered two couches from Macy’s but it was the reclining type and the weight of the sofa made it very hard to handle. On top of that the couch did not fit our front door. But through the whole ordeal these guys were very patient and tried various ways and finally even remove the legs of the couch to get it in the house for us. I would recommend their very professional service if you are moving furniture.

We ordered a sectional sofa from Macy’s turned out to be a two piece instead of three piece and they managed to get it to fit in the elevator with a lot of hard work as the piece was oversized. Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

I'm not leaving a tip only because I'm being charged $37.50 for a "pick up fee" but they had already picked up the sofa and brought it to my house and I paid for that job separately. I'm not sure why this job is charging a pickup fee, but it's fine they did a good job. Thank you!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

My sofa seemed a little large to get it up the stairs due to tight corners. Joey & Ridrigo made it work and got the sofa up. They were very friendly, I would definitely recommend them and Lugg to all my friends! First time using you guys, the process is so simple and very convenient! Roy and Henry picked up a sofa and delivered it upstairs to my new apartment. They provided excellent communication prior to meeting and throughout the task. The sofa was a tight squeeze getting upstairs and into my apartment but they made it look easy! Both had very positive kind attitudes that provided comfort knowing my item was well taken care of. I believe Henry said he was new to Lugg, he did great! Roy took the lead and was very professional when it came to directing the move and helping his colleague learn the ropes.
