They're both hard workers and did a great job. My only problem is that there are no customer service numbers. The movers were about an hour and a half late. Why was it that I was assigned 2 different sets of movers? One to pock up my sofa from Macy's and bring it to my house another set of movers to take my old sofa to my daughter's apartment? A simple phone call would have fixed that. Not sure if I'd use the app again unless there is at least some phone support.
